Dani T. Scholarships
Terms and Conditions
Taylor Universe LLC manages the Dani T. Scholarships application process. Dani T. Foundation, a non-profit organization, is the grantor that distributes the scholarship awards.
Eligibility. Entry is open only to residents of the United States. Applicants must be enrolled in a college degree program with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Entries that are unintelligible, incomplete, invalid, incorrect, or noncurrent information will be disqualified. The winner is responsible for providing accurate information in order to receive the scholarship. The payment and submission of an application do not increase the odds of winning a scholarship. The odds of winning a scholarship will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize. If you are selected as a winner, you must verify eligibility: you must show proof of enrollment in a college degree program; provide proof of GPA; and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release. All information is required within 25 days of notification that you are a winner, otherwise, you forfeit the scholarship. If any potential winner is disqualified, not eligible, or for any other reason cannot accept the prize as stated, a new potential winner will be selected from the remaining pool of eligible applicants.
Winners’ name and school will be announced on the internet and social media. This information could also be printed in advertising and promotional materials, e.g., Jane S., University XYZ.
Winners will be notified and announced on or before the 25th of July. An applicant is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a winner and/or issued any item of value, unless and until the applicant’s eligibility has been verified. To be verified as eligible to receive a prize, each winner must fulfill all requirements and continue to comply with all terms and conditions. Each winner will be notified via email. If a winner cannot be contacted using the information provided or fails to respond; if any prize or notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error or undeliverable type “bounce back” email (regardless if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if the potential winner fails to sign and return the Release or any other required documentation or fails to comply with these Official Rules; if a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated; or if the potential winner cannot be verified as eligible for any reason at any time before, during, or after; the winner is then disqualified and forfeits the prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
Public Disclosure. The annual reports to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires the name and address of award recipients.
